A 1970's era dark, dated kitchen gets a sleek, modern update.

The dining table set in this vacation rental townhouse had seen a lot of use and didn't fit the rest of the décor. NBI replaced it with a high end, rustic distressed table from a local consignment store. The chocolate brown leather chairs with nail head trim were purchased through an online home design vendor. Just by refinishing the wood floors and replacing the dining room table and chairs, the room now is befitting a high end vacation rental.

A basement Family Room is warmed up with golden yellow walls and Southwest themed furniture and accessories.
