Befores and Afters
Before the makeover, the front foyer was bland and not inviting. There was no place for guests to sit to remove wet boots.
The half wall was the first thing guests could see when they walked in the door. Also, you could see over the wall to the down stairway. Probably not good feng shui!

Client had painted basement Family Room walls a vibrant orange to brighten and "warm" up the basement space. She wanted a "Mid-Century Modern" look, but her previous furnishings were a hodgepodge of styles. A large southwestern sunflower painting, oriental patterned area rug, and greenish-colored upholstered ottoman don't work together.
A large black flat screen TV was sitting on top of a light pine buffet table.
The room is done! The softer colors of the sofa, area rug, and pillows help "cool" the vibrant hued walls. Yet, everything coordinates well together.

The vacation rental condo owners needed to do a refresh without spending a lot money.
The homeowners engaged NBI to do a refresh of their condo. In this room, everything remained the same except for the bedding. However, selecting bedding that coordinated with the artwork and bed style made all the difference visually. The pattern on the bedcover even matched the metalwork on the headboard!
The fresh, modern bedspread coordinates with the colors and patterns in the wall art.
